The County Directorate for Culture Building (SJ-II-m-B-04995) was erected around 1900 and had a commercial purpose for most of its existence.

At the building’s ground floor there were commercial spaces and upstairs there were financial offices and homes.

The building was rehabilitated through a program of the Ministry of Culture, Religious Cults and Cultural Patrimony.
